Terms and Conditions
1.Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Vasectomy Heroes” endota Spa-kling Organic Skincare Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.2.Promotion commences 00:00:00 AEDT on 20th September 2010 and entries close at 23:59:59 AEST on 19th November 2010 (Promotion Period).
3.Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4.For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
- go online to www.vasectomyinfo.com.au (Marie Stopes International Australia Website);
- follow the link to the Promotion;
- complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
- press ‘enter’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
5.By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5.Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6.Only one entry per person will be accepted. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7.All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.
8.Promotion judging will be held in Melbourne. The panel of judges will choose the best six valid entries from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
- Judging – 22nd November 2010 (for all entries received from 20th September to 19th November 2010)
9.The best valid entries will each receive an endota Spa-kling Organic Skincare Pack, valued at RRP $131.60. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $789.60.
10.The endota Spa-kling Organic Skincare Pack includes:
- riversalt body wash;
- mimosa body polish;
- lilly pilly body moisturizer; and
- lavender + alpine pepper hand cream.
11.The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
12.The winners will be notified in writing by mail, and the winners names will be published on www.vasectomyinfo.com.au (Marie Stopes International Australia Website).
13.The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
14.The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
15.The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
16.If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
17.Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18.The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19.All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announces the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering the Promotion, the entrant consents to receiving from the Promoter future communications by phone, email or mail including but not limited to information packs and newsletters unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
